FLOOR PLAN REVIEW
Our Pre-DA or CDC Plan Review offers a detailed assessment of your existing plans prior to submission. We ensure your layout is well-considered, your spaces are functionally optimised (including storage), and that the flow of the home works for you and your unique needs.
Another set of eyes on your plans might be all it takes to find a few areas that need optimisation. Detailed assessment of your floor plan includes;
- Review of layout, functionality and flow (even air flow - there’s nothing like a natural cross-breeze)
- Key areas of review include kitchen, entry zone, bathrooms and storage/joinery
- Plan mark-ups with suggestions for improvement / adjustments for your building designer
- Additional review of your amended plans
DESIGN BRIEF & CONCEPT CURATION
This process will help you to overcome the overwhelm! Following an initial consult, we will deliver a clear, considered, and practical design brief, complete with style direction and early concepts (as well as any discussed floor plan suggestions).
This document translates your inspiration and Pinterest boards along with our input, into a cohesive vision, ready to confidently guide your Draftsman / Building Designer or Architect.

BACK-POCKET BONUS BLOCKS
Our pay-as-you-go service gives you access to our design knowledge and expertise, with flexibility around the level and type of involvement you need from us. Simply purchase a block of design hours to use on anything from face-to-face appointments, site visits, showroom visits, emails and phone calls or moodboard curation etc, and use them anytime within 12 months.
This option is great for clients who are taking the lead on their project but want access to professional design support, advice, recommendations and input along the way.
